Individual Adult Therapy: (ages 18+)
We provide a safe, one-on-one setting where adults can explore personal challenges, develop coping strategies, and foster mental well-being with the guidance of a licensed therapist.

Individual Young Adult Therapy: (ages 13-17)
Young Adult Therapy offers a supportive space for teens ages 13-17 to navigate personal challenges, build resilience, and develop healthy coping skills with the help of a trained therapist.

Individual Adolescent Therapy: (ages 8-13)
Adolescent Therapy provides a nurturing environment for children ages 8-13 to express themselves, address personal challenges, and develop positive coping skills with the support of a licensed therapist.

Individual Child Therapy: (ages 5-8) Case to case basis.
Individual Child Therapy offers a compassionate space for children ages 5-8 to explore emotions and develop coping skills on a case-by-case basis. Please note that telehealth may not be suitable for young children, as in-person therapy is often more effective for their developmental needs.

Couples Therapy: Private Pay Only
Couples Therapy provides a supportive space for partners to strengthen communication, resolve conflicts, and enhance their relationship with the guidance of a licensed therapist.

Perinatal Mental Health
Perinatal Mental Health care provides specialized support for individuals during pregnancy and the first year after birth, addressing the unique emotional and psychological challenges of this period. Our services focus on promoting well-being, reducing stress, and helping parents navigate changes with compassion and evidence-based care.

KAP (Ketamine Assisted Program with Journey: (Coming Soon)
